PA town considers trailcams to finger illegal dumping

Hamilton, Penn. Township Supervisor Tim Beard has recommended the town purchase digital "deer-cams" in an effort to combat roadside dumping in the township. "We will get pictures of those who are doing the dumping and pictures of their cars and license plates," said Beard. In The Hanover Evening Sun.
