PA angler logs 60,000th trout

41296267Lowhill, Penn. resident Bill Kraus, Jr. loves fly-fishing for trout. His first catch was a 7-inch brown trout from the Little Lehigh Creek in Allentown on April 15, 1953. Since then, he's kept a logbook and recorded every trout he's caught. Krauss was using his hair-wing caddis on the Pohopoco May 29 when he hooked and landed an 8-inch brown trout that became his 60,000th fish. Christian Berg reports in The Allentown Morning Call.
