Man charged with shooting lawnmower that wouldn't start

Milwaukee Police arrested Keith Walendowski, 57, after he shot his lawnmower twice with a shotgun. "I'll tell you the truth," a criminal complaint quotes an apparently inebriated Walendowski, "I got pissed because my lawnmower wouldn't start, so I got my shotgun and shot it. I can do that. It's my lawnmower and my yard, so I can shoot it if I want." Not so, say authorities, who charged him with felony possession of a short-barreled shotgun and disorderly conduct while armed.
