Montana FWP to intervene in wolf lawsuit

ImagesMontana Dept of Fish, Wildlife and Parks will intervene in a lawsuit challenging the federal government's delisting of gray wolves in the Northern Rocky Mountains. "FWP supports wolf delisting and we'll join the legal proceedings to help ensure that wolves in Montana remain under state jurisdiction and continue to be managed under a plan that has won nationwide praise and support," said Jeff Hagener, FWP director. In the Great Falls Tribune.
