Idaho sets rules and quota for wolf hunt

A proposal by Idaho Department of Fish and Game recommends a 2008 total mortality cap of 328 for wolves killed by hunters and state managers, as well as those killed in accidents or natural causes. Public comments will be accepted until May 16 with a final review expected May 21. AP reports.
