Spring in Wisconsin: Suburban falls through ice

For the past five years, the Janesville Kiwanis Blackhawk Golden K Club has been raising money with its “When Will It Sink?” fund-raiser, in which folks bet when the red Suburban will fall through the ice at Traxler Park lagoon.
