Penn. bill would mandate reporting of stolen handguns

Busloads of gun-control advocates descended upon Harrisburg yesterday to support a measure that would require handgun owners whose guns are lost or stolen to report the losses within 72 hours. Opponents of the bill say it is "one more restriction on a lawful gun owner." In the Philadelphia Bulletin.
