Dogs trap mail carrier in car, flatten tires

A Hanover, Penn. mail carrier was trapped inside her car for nearly two hours after Judge and Justice, a Rottweiler and a pit-bull mix, attacked her tires, flattening three of them. When the dogs' owner arrived at the scene, she assured authorities the two were "generally sweethearts," and blamed the attack on a tire toy the dogs had recently been given.
